Hull Family Developments is a family run land agency and property development business built on experience, trust and a genuine passion for property.

Founded by mother and son team Savannah and Christian Hull, the business brings together over 50 years of combined experience in land acquisition, development and practical construction knowledge. Savannah grew up in a building family, where her father built their homes, sparking a lifelong interest in property and land. Alongside her husband Kev, a time served joiner, she has extended and developed family homes throughout their married life.

Christian, an engineer by profession, combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, helping guide projects from initial land appraisal through to planning approval and eventual sale. Together they offer a professional yet personal service, meeting landowners face to face and providing clear, honest advice at every stage.

We work closely with trusted industry professionals, including Rosey Cassidy of Cassidy Homes, ensuring each project benefits from experienced planning and development insight.

Meet Savannah

I am a nurse, midwife, and teacher, currently working as a Ward Manager at my local hospital. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to caring for people, leading teams, and creating safe, supportive environments. Leadership, responsibility, and long-term planning are at the heart of what I do every day.

Now, I am bringing that same dedication and commitment into property development.

I grew up in a building family, where construction, craftsmanship, and hard work were part of everyday life. Property development is not just a business venture for me — it is something rooted in my upbringing and family values.

I am working alongside my son, Christian, a qualified engineer, whose technical expertise and analytical skills strengthen our projects. My husband, Kev, is a time-served joiner who runs his own successful business and has always developed and extended our family homes. Our youngest son, Tobias, works alongside him, learning the trade and continuing the family’s building legacy.

We are also proud to be working with an experienced team headed by Rosey Cassidy of Cassidy Homes. Between us, we bring over 80 years of combined experience within the industry — spanning construction, engineering, craftsmanship, and project delivery.

Meet Christian

Christian is a co founder of Hull Family Developments and brings a strong technical and strategic perspective to the business. With a professional background in engineering, Christian combines analytical thinking with practical problem solving, helping guide projects from initial land appraisal through planning approval and eventual sale.

Working closely with landowners, architects and planning professionals, Christian ensures each opportunity is carefully assessed, structured and managed with precision. His focus is on maximising value while ensuring every stage of the process is compliant, efficient and commercially sound.
